and the said Trustees, or a majority thereof, shall have full power to
receive and dispose of the sum therein mentioned in such manner as
may be necessary to carry out the intentions of said last will and testa-
ment,

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect from the
date of its passage.

PRIMARY SCHOOL DISTRICT NUMBER ONE, FREDERICK. COUNTY.

AN ACT authorizing Hiram McClane, Israel Williar and Lewis Crawford, Trustees
of Primary School District Number One, of Frederick county, to sell and convey
a School House and Lot in said District.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Hiram McClane, Israel Williar and Lewis Crawford, Trustees of
Primary School District Number One, or their successors, be and they
are hereby authorized to sell and convey, to the purchaser, the School
House and Lot held and used for a Primary School House in said
District.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the Trustees or their successors,
shall expend and apply the money arising from such sale, in the pur-
chase of a suitable site, and erecting another School House thereon, in
a more central part of said District, at or near the Village of Sabilles-
ville.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect from the
date of its passage.

PRIMARY SCHOOL DISTRICT, NUMBER THIRTY-ONE, FREDERICK.

COUNTY.

AN ACT to authorize the Trustees of Primary School District. Number Thirty-one,
of Frederick county, to sell and convey a School House and Lot in said District.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Dr. William S McPherson, Frederick Lightner and Israel Sweeny,
Trustees of School District Number Thirty-one, in Frederick county, or
their successors in office under the Primary School Laws of said county,
be and they are hereby authorized to sell and convey to the purchaser,
a school house and lot in said district, and to apply the funds from the
sale thereof, to the erection of another school house in a more central
part of said district.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect from its
passage.
