CHARLES Louis DUROCHER.

AN ACT to change the name of Charles Louis Durocher McLaughlin, to Charles

Louis Durocher.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the name of Charles Louis Durocher McLaughlin, infant son of
Doctor David Barnum McLaughlin and Maria Louisa McLaughlin, his
wife, of the city of Baltimore, be and the same is hereby changed to
Charles Louis Durocher.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall have effect from the
passage thereof.

WILLIAM EDWIN PLUMMER GOVER.

AN ACT to change the name of William Edwin Plummer Ward, of Anne Arundel
county, to William Edwin Plummer Cover.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the name of William Edwin Plumrner Ward, of Anne Arundel
county, be and the same is hereby changed to William Edwin Plummer
Gover.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect from the
date of its passage.

SAMUEL RIDOUT HYDE.

AN ACT to change the name of Samuel Edwin Ridout Hyde, of Anne Arundel
county, to Samuel Ridout Hyde.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the name of Samuel Edwin Ridont Hyde be changed to Samuel
Ridout Hyde.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect from the
date of its passage.

WILLIAM COLUMBUS JONES.

AN ACT to change the name of William Columbus Brookbank, of Charles county,
to William Columbus Jones.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the name of William Columbus Brookbank, of Charles county, in
the State of Maryland, be and the same is hereby changed to William
Columbus Jones, and it shall be lawful for the said William Columbus
Brookbank, at all times hereafter, to be called and known by, hold, and
use the name of William Columbus Jones, and by that name to hold,
receive, purchase, sell, convey, or devise property, sue, or be sued in any
court of law or equity, and to do and perform all acts and things just as
fully as if his name was not changed by the provisions of this act.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect from the
date of its passage.
