WILLIAM PEERY BOWARD.

AN ACT to change the name of William Perry Brinning to that of William Perry

Boward.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the name of William Perry Brinning, of Hagerstown, Washington
county, Maryland, be and the same is hereby changed to that of William
Perry Boward.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect from the
passage thereof.

FREDERICK JEROME CAHILL.

AN ACT to change the name of Frederick Jerome Ridgaway, an infant, of Baltimore
city, to Frederick Jerome Cahill.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the name of Frederick Jerome Ridgaway, an infant, of Baltimore
city, be and the same is hereby changed to Frederick Jerome Cahill,
and that it shall be lawful for the said Frederick Jerome Ridgaway, at
all times hereafter, to be called and known by and hold and use the
name of Frederick Jerome Cahili, and by that name to hold, receive,
purchase, sell and convey, devise or receive property now or hereafter
devised, and to sue or be sued, plead and be impleaded, in any court of
equity or law.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect from and
after the day of its passage.

WILLIAM CROCKETT.

AN ACT to change the name of William McKeown, of Howard county, to William

Crockett.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the name of William McKeown, of Howard county, be and the
same is hereby changed to William Crockett.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect from the
date of its passage.
