106 NAMES — CHANGING.
SYDNEY CHAILLE LONG.

AN ACT to change the name of Sydney Wilson Long, of Somerset county, to Sydney

Chaille Long.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the name of Sydney Wilson Long, son of Sydney C. and Mary
Long, all of said county, be and the same is hereby changed to Sydney
Chaille Long.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect from and
after its passage.

FRANCIS HOOFMAN PELZER.

AN ACT to change the name of Francis Hoofman to Francis Hoofman Pelzer.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the name of Francis Hoofman, of Woodensburg, of Baltimore
county, be and the same is hereby changed to Francis Hoofman Pelzer.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall have effect from the
passage thereof.

GEORGE SMITH.

AN ACT to change the name of William Clarks Funk, of Washington county, to that

of George Smith.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly af Maryland,
That the name of William Clarke Funk, an orphan minor, of Washing-
ton county, in the State of Maryland, be and the same is hereby changed
to that of George Smith.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect from the
day its passage.

MARY STERLING.

AN ACT to change the name of Mary Brittingham, to that of Mary Sterling.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the name of Mary Brittingham, of Somerset county, Maryland, be
and the same is hereby changed to that of Mary Sterling.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall have effect from the
date of its passage.

THOMAS HICKS WRIGHT.

AN ACT to alter and change the name of Thomas Pratt Wright, of Somerset county,
to that of Thomas Hicks Wright.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That from and after the passage of this act the name of Thomas Pratt
Wright, son of Joseph and Sarah P. Wright, be and the same is hereby
altered and changed to that of Thomas Hicks Wright.
