CHESAPEAKE CITY.

The Act of August 15, 1861, ch. 87, repeals section 46 of this Article and substitutes

the following:

SEC. 1. If any person shall refuse or neglect to pay his taxes,
fines or forfeitures, the said commissioners may collect the same,
in the same manner as other taxes, fines and forfeitures are col-
lected.

NORTH-EAST.

The Act of 1802, ch. 103, repeals section 130, and substitutes the following;

or forfeitures, the said commissioners may collect the same, in
the same manner as other taxes, fines or forfeitures are collected.

POET DEPOSIT.

The Act of June 12, 1861, ch. 36, adds the following:

market, the inspection, measurement, and weight of all provi-
sions sold in and to be consumed in said village; to suppress all
