An act to repeal all that part of the Constitution and Form of Government, as relates to the division of Washington County into eight separate Election Districts, and for other purposes. SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That so much of the Constitution of this State, as relates to the division of Washington county into election districts, be, and the same is hereby altered and amended, so far as to authorize the erection of an additional district in said county, to be composed of parts of the third and seventh election districts. SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That if this act shall be confirmed by the General Assembly of Maryland, after the next election for delegates to the General Assembly |
