5238 ARTICLE 24.

any lessee thereof, to lease or purchase, as the case may be, the bridge
across Synepuxent Bay from Hammock Point to Ocean City, in Wor-
cester County, or to lease or purchase any other bridge that may be built,
in the future, at or near Ocean City in Worcester County, by any other
company, individual or corporation, upon such terms as may be agreed
upon; and the said Ocean City Bridge Company, or any other corporation
now existing or to be created in the future, shall have power and authority
to contract with the County Commissioners of Worcester County, for the
above purpose.

OCEAN CITY SCHOOL BUILDING.

159. After said site is acquired by condemnation as aforesaid, or after
the deed aforesaid is passed, delivered and recorded, if the same is pur-
chased, the funds aforesaid, or so much thereof as may be necessary, shall
be subject to the order of the said Ocean City School Building Commission
and shall be used by the said Ocean City School Building Commission
in the erection and equipment of a school building on the said site under
the direction and supervision of said Ocean City School Building Com-
mission, and said Ocean City School Building Commission is hereby
clothed with all the necessary powers to obtain and secure, approve or
reject, plans and specifications for said building and purchase suitable
equipment therefor, and to enter into all necessary contracts for said build-
ing and the equipment thereof; which said building and equipment when
completed and accepted by said Ocean City School Building Commission
shall thereafter be the property of the State of Maryland, and from the
first day of September to the first day of June in each year shall be under
the supervision and control of the Board of County School Commissioners
of Worcester County and may be used by the said County School Com-
missioners of Worcester County without rental or charge for a public school
at Ocean City as a part of the public school system of said County, subject,
to such other school uses during said period as the State Board of Educa-
tion may require but not to interfere with the usual or orderly conduct of
the said County Public Schools at said Ocean City; and from the first
day of June to the first day of September in each year shall be under the
supervision and. control of the State Board of Education for such sum-
mer schools, institutes, associations and other assemblages of public school
teachers or other educational or public purposes as may be permitted or
approved by said 'State Board of Education.*
