expected to be employed during the ensuing year, as nearly as practicable,
the school where employed and the salary to be paid each, as a guide to
them in determining the amount to be levied for said purpose, which said
amount so levied shall be paid over to said Board of County School Com-
missioners by the Treasurer of the County in equal monthly installments
on or before the last day of each month, so as to be available for the pay-
ment of the salaries to the teachers when the same become due. And it is
hereby made the further duty of the Board of County School Commission-
ers of Anne Arundel County, and it is hereby directed and required to
appropriate from and set aside out of the monies received from the State
of Maryland in quarterly distribution, other than the School Book Fund,
and immediately upon receipt thereof, such an amount as may be neces-
sary, together with the amount received from Anne Arundel County under
this Act, to pay the salaries of all the teachers in full as provided by this
Act, and the amount so paid over to said Board of County School Com-
missioners by the Treasurer of Anne Arundel County, together with the
amount appropriated from and set aside out of each quarterly distribution
from the State, as hereinbefore provided, shall be kept by the Treasurer
of the Board of School Commissioners as a separate fund from all other
funds received by him, and shall be devoted to no other purpose or object
than the payment of the salaries provided for by this Act.

462. Any person or corporation desiring to tap, connect with or open
for the purposes of repair, any public sewer in the towns and villages of
Anne Arundel County, upon any street which has not been paved, or
which is paved with rubble stone, may do so upon the following condi-
tions : Said applicant shall file with the Clerk to the County Commis-
.sioners a petition addressed to the County Commissioners of Anne Arun-
del County, giving the name of the street to be opened, the exact loca-
tion of the place to be opened, the number of days it will take to com-
plete the work, and a clause guaranteeing that the applicant will within
the time specified place the street bed in as good condition as it was before
the opening of said sewer, and that in making said connection he or it
will not in any manner damage the county sewer, and that in the event
of the street, at the point where said sewer is laid, settling or sinking by
reason of said opening, he will cause the same to be repaired to the satis-
faction of the County Road Engineer without cost to the county. Said
petition when received shall be referred to the County Road Engineer for
his approval, and upon such approval and the payment of one dollar to
the Clerk to the County Commissioners, said clerk shall issue a permit to
the applicant to open said street and to connect with said sewer, the
license fee to be accounted for by the clerk as other license fees are now
accounted for.
