said banks or banking institutions offering the highest rate of interest as
aforesaid and approve the same; and provided further that the said County
Commissioners of Washington County may require the Bank or Banking
Institution wherein the said deposits are placed, to give bond, to be ap-
proved by the said County Commissioners of Washington County, for the
faithful performance of its trust.

806. It shall be unlawful for any person in Washington county to go
upon the lands of another to hunt or fish thereon against the will and
consent of the owner or occupant thereof; and it shall also be unlawful
for any one to enter upon the lands of another and injure or carry away
any grain or fruit, or tear down or injure any fence, vine, tree or wall,
without the consent of the owner or occupant of said lands first had and
obtained; and any one who shall violate any of the provisions of this sec-
tion shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof
before a justice of the peace of the said county, shall be fined not less than
one nor more than twenty dollars and costs, and upon failure to pay the
same he shall be confined in the county jail for a period not exceeding
thirty days, or until the fine and costs are paid, whichever shall first
occur; one-half of said fine to go to the informer and the other half to the
school commissioners of said county for the benefit of the school fund of
said county.

807. The County Commissioners of Washington County are hereby
authorized and directed, in their discretion, to enter into a contract with
"The Washington County Hospital Association" whereby they shall con-
tract to contribute annually in perpetuity a sum of two thousand dollars
per annum for the care and maintenance of the hospital under the con-
trol and direction of the said "The Washington County Hospital Asso-
ciation."

808. For the purpose of carrying out the obligations which may be
incurred under the provisions of the aforegoing section that the said Coun-
ty Commissioners of Washington County be and they are hereby author-
ized and directed, in their discretion, to levy and collect annually in per-
petuity on the assessable property of said county a sum of money sufficient
to meet the obligations to be incurred by the said County Commissioners
of Washington County under the provisions of the aforegoing section.
