outlines of the said property N. 18° 44' E. 852.4 feet S. 71° 04' E.
833.95 feet to a white Oak tree; N. 23° 49' E. 1,538.43 feet to a stone,
N. 74° 26' E. 669.12 feet to a stone, the said stone being also a boundary
of Linthicum Heights; thence with the outlines of the Linthicum Heights
Annex N. 74° 15' E. 160.7 feet to a stone at the southwest corner of
Kingston Heights; thence with the same as shown on a- plat of subdivision
northerly 1,364.5 feet easterly 1,710 feet, more or less, to the center of
the Hammonds Eerry Road; thence with the center line of the said Ham-
monds Ferry Road N. 19° 10' W. 74 feet, more or less, to intersect the
center line of the Twin Oaks Road; thence continuing northerly with the
center line of the said Hammonds Ferry Road to the Patapsco River and
the boundary line between Anne Arundel and Baltimore Counties; thence
with the same easterly to the beginning containing 3.28 square miles, more
or less.

Beginning for the second description in the center of the bridge span-
ning Marley Creek on the State Road leading from Glen Burnie to
Annapolis; thence following the center line of the said Marley Creek,
southwesterly to the west line of the right-of-way of W., B. & A. Electric
Railway Company; thence following the said west line of said right-of-
way northwesterly to intersect the center line of Aquehart Road produced
southeasterly; thence with the said line produced, reversely in a north-
westerly direction to and along the center line of the said Aquehart Road
for a distance of about 3,200 feet to intersect the southeast boundary of
the property of F. A. Griffith; thence with the outlines of the said S.
29° 45' W. 250 feet, more or less; thence S. 71° 59' W. 140 feet N.
17° 00' W. 742.5 feet; thence with the divisional line of the property of
H. F. Wade S. 50° 30' W. 260 feet, N. 60° 31' W. 742.5 feet to the
center line of the State Road known as Light Street Road; thence with
the said Light Street Road S. 16° 31' W. 280 feet, more or less; thence
with the south boundary line of Glen Burnie Heights, N. 60° 03' W.
1,861.63 feet to a stone; thence continuing with the boundary lines of
Glen Burnie Heights, S. 0° 12' W. 567.02 feet, S. 88° 54' W. 1,331 feet
to the center of the County Road; thence with the center line of the said
County Road, it being known as Hammonds Ferry Road, northerly to a
point where the southmost fork of Sawmill Branch crosses the said road;
thence with the said southmost fork of said Branch northeasterly to the
main stream of said Sawmill Branch; thence continuing with the same
northeasterly to the center of the State Road leading from Glen Burnie
to Baltimore and known as Light Street Road; thence with the said
Light Street Road southerly to the center line of a County Road now
in vise known as the Mountain Road; thence with the center line of the
said Monutain Road southeasterly to the State Road leading to Annapolis;
thence southeasterly with the said State Road to the center of the bridge
spanning Marley Creek at the point of beginning, containing 3 1/3 square
miles, more or less, be and the same is hereby designated and constituted,
for the purpose hereinafter set forth, to be the "Anne Arundel County
Sanitary District."
