86. It shall be the duty of the County Commissioners of Washington 1892, oh. 650, sec. 1.
86A. The burgess and commissioners of Boonsboro in Washington 1892, ch. 650, sec. 2.
86B. The annual sum of money to be paid by said corporation of 1892, ch. 650, sec. 3. 86C. The said burgess and commissioners of Boonsboro are hereby
authorized and empowered to levy an annual tax, in addition to the cor-
contract, during the continuance of said contract, and to pay the same BRIDGES. 1912, ch. 530. 87. The County Commissioners of Washington County are hereby authorized and empowered to build, construct and repair bridges in said
