South Sewage Disposal Plant property of the town of Easton; thence (6)
South 56 degrees 14 minutes East 1,326.95 feet to corner number seven
on the westerly side of the Trappe Road (Washington Street) opposite an
entrance of Idlewild Park; thence (7) parallel with, and distant at right
angles 15.0 feet southerly from the northerly side of Tdlewild Avenue,
South 86 degrees 17 minutes East, 1,579.3 feet to the easterly side of the
right of way of the Oxford Branch, Delaware Division, P., B. & W. Rail-
road and corner number eight; thence (8) North 24 degrees 39 minutes
east 2,246.0 feet to the present southeasterly corner of the town of Easton,
and corner number nine; thence (9) North 16 degrees 45 minutes East,
1,844.6 feet to corner number ten; thence (10) North 12 degrees 56 min-
utes West, 1,025.5 feet to corner number eleven; thence (11) North 58
degrees 47 minutes West 973.9 feet to the present northeasterly corner
of the town of Easton and the place of beginning.

131. All unimproved land in excess of one acre, within the limits ex-
tended beyond the former boundaries of Easton shall be exempt from
town taxation for a period of ten years from March first, 1916, unless in
the meantime the said land shall be improved by the erection of stores,
dwellings, factories, or other like improvements when the said land shall
be assessed as other town property, and if after the period of ten years
shall have elapsed the said land shall not then be improved it shall only
be assessed at the same rate of valuation it may stand upon the books of
the county for the assessment of taxes for State and county purposes until
said land shall be improved in the manner herein recited.

132. The limits and boundaries of the town of Easton shall be further
extended, so as to take in and include all that tract of land now known
as "Community Park" adjoining the present limits of the town as de-
scribed in Section 130, as well as all other lands contained within the
following metes, bounds, courses and distances:

Beginning at the marble boundary line stone or monument marked
"Easton Corner No. 7, 1916.," set on the Westerly side of the road lead-
ing to Trappe (Washington Street) ; thence (1) with the Westerly side of
said road, and crossing the same, South twenty-seven degrees five minutes
East seventeen hundred and thirty-four and nine-tenths feet to the north-
erly side of the County Road known as "Dutchmans Lane," to a new town
boundary corner marked "Easton Corner No. 7A 1927"; thence (2)
North eighty degrees, fifty-three minutes East, six hundred and thirty-
seven and nine-tenths feet, to another new town boundary corner, marked
"Easton Corner No. 7B 1927" on the Easterly side of the right of way
of the Oxford Branch, Delaware P. B. & W. R. R.; thence (3) with the
said Easterly side of the right of way aforesaid, North five degrees forty-
seven minutes East, fifteen hundred and forty-one and nine-tenths feet
to the town boundary stone or monument marked "Easton Corner No. 8,
