teenth day of August, nineteen hundred and twenty-seven and finally
ratified and enacted on the said twenty-first day of September, nineteen
hundred and twenty-seven.

111. As soon as the total amount of such tax or assessment due from
each owner or owners of such property abutting on said portions of said
streets shall have been finally ratified and determined after notice, as pro-
vided by Section 110, the said Mayor and Council of Crisfield shall pro-
ceed forthwith to collect the same in such manner as such other city taxes
are collected and to apply the proceeds from such collections to the pay-
ment of the costs of said improvements of said portions of said streets or
to reimburse the said Mayor and Council of Crisfield for any funds ad-
vanced by it heretofore on account of the aforesaid improvement of said
portions of said streets.

112. The Mayor and Council of Crisfield, Somerset County, is hereby
authorized, in its discretion, to reconstruct in a substantial manner the
drawbridge as now located, between the main part of said Town of Cris-
field and that part of said Town known as "Jersey," or to build a new
drawbridge across said Somers Cove, between the main part of said Town
of Crisfield and that part of said Town known as "Jersey," at some other-
point across said Somers Cove, in the discretion of said Mayor and Coun-
cil of Crisfield, subject however to all provisions of the laws of the United
States regulating the construction of bridges over navigable waters of the
United States.

113. The harbor line of Crisfield, on the south side of the town of
Crisfield, be extended as follows: Beginning at a point on the south
side of the N. T., P. & N. Railroad property twenty-six feet west of the
present harbor line, at Kennerly's Wharf, thence south thirty-eight degrees
and forty-five minutes east two hundred and fifteen feet; thence south
eighty-one degrees east five hundred and five feet; thence north thirty-two
degrees and fifteen minutes west one hundred and forty-five and two-tenths
feet to the present harbor line at the junction of the west side of Caro-
line street, for the purpose of obtaining deeper water, so as to admit of
the erection of houses and wharves along the same.

114. The harbor line of Crisfield, on the north side of the Town of
Crisfield, be extended as follows: Beginning at a point on the north
side of the county wharf at the foot of .Broad street, ten feet west of the
present harbor line; thence north twenty-eight degrees west, at an angle
of ninety degrees with said Broad street, four hundred and seventy-one
feet; thence north twenty-three degrees and thirty minutes, east two hun-
