PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY. 4041

timore Boulevard; thence straight across said Washington-Baltimore Bou-
levard to the place of beginning.

Said town shall be divided into five parts, as hereinafter specified, to
be known as Wards.

Ward Numbered One shall embrace the property described within the
following bounds:

On the west by a line drawn through the center of the Washington-
Baltimore Boulevard, and on the south by a line drawn through the center
of what is known as Madison avenue, as the same is recorded in a plat
in Liber J. W. B. No. 5, at folio 688, of the Land Records of Prince
George's County, Maryland; on the east by a line beginning at the center
of the intersection of Madison and Arthur avenues, as shown on said above-
mentioned plat and thence in a northerly direction by a line drawn through
the center of said Arthur avenue, to a point in the center of Monroe ave-
nue, as the same is described in said aforementioned plat, at its intersec-
tion with said Arthur avenue, thence in a northwesterly line to the divid-
ing line between Lots No. 29 and No. 30 in Block No. 1 of said subdi-
vision known as Riverdale Park, thence by and with said dividing line
in a northerly direction a distance of 150 to a point where the northern
boundary of said Riverdale Park subdivision coincides with the southern
boundary of what is known now as the Calvert property, and bounded on
the north from said last-mentioned point by the southern line of the Cal-
vert property to the point of the Washington-Baltimore Boulevard, where
said Calvert property and said subdivision known as Riverdale Park
intersect.

Ward Numbered Two shall be contained within the following bounds:

Beginning at a point in the center of the intersection of Arthur and
Madison avenues, as laid down on the plat hereinbefore referred to, thence
in an easterly line on a line drawn through the center of said Madison
avenue to a point 50 feet east of the eastern boundary of Block No. 38
in said Riverdale Park subdivision; thence in a northerly direction on
a line parallel to, and 50 feet east of, the east sides of Blocks No. 78,
No. 29, No. 24, No. 18 and No. 9 as the same are recorded in Liber
B. D. S. No. 1, folio No. 87, of the Land Records of Prince George's
County, State of Maryland, to the south side of what is known in the
Riverdale Park subdivision as Monroe avenue; thence at an angle and
in a northeasterly direction to the dividing line of Lots No. 57 and 58
in Block No. 1 of the said subdivision known as Riverdale Park; thence
in a northerly direction by and with said dividing line between Lots No.
57 and 58 in aforesaid Block No. 1 to what is now known as the Calvert
property; thence along the south line of said Calvert property to a point
where the dividing line between Lots No. 29 and No. 30 in Block No. 1
aforesaid, intersects the south line of said Calvert property; thence in
a southerly direction by and with the dividing line between said Lots
No. 29 and No. 30 in the aforesaid Block No. 1 to the north side of what
is known as Monroe avenue; thence in a southeasterly direction to a point
in the center of the intersection of Monroe and Arthur avenues; thence
