Lot 6 in Block No. 8 of the Ellaville subdivision, thence along the eastern
boundary of Block No. 8 to the northern boundary line of the Town of
Hyattsville, thence running east with and along the northern boundary
of the Town of Hyattsville to the west side of the Washington-Baltimore
Boulevard, thence across the said boulevard to the northernmost point of
Lot No. 1 in Block No. 51 of the Riverdale Park subdivision (as the same
is recorded in Liber J. W. B. No. 5, folio 688 of the Land Records of
Prince George's County), thence running in a southerly direction on the
east line of the said Washington-Baltimore Boulevard to the northern
limits of the town of Hyattsville; thence in an easterly direction by and
with the northern line of said town of Hyattsville to the point where said
line intersects the right of way of the City and Suburban Electric Rail-
way on the west; thence continuing said line across the right of way of
the said City and Suburban Electric Railway and across the right of way
of the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad in a straight line to the southwest
corner of Lot No. 1 in Block No. 71 of said Riverdale Park subdivision;
and continuing said line to the dividing line between Lots No. 5 and 6
in Block 71 of said subdivision; thence in a southeasterly direction along
the western line of Lots Nos. 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17,
18, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31 and 32 in Block No. 71 of said Riverdale Park
subdivision to the southeastern corner of Lot No. 2 in Block No. 71 of
said Riverdale Park subdivision; thence in a straight line across what in
said subdivision is known as Taylor avenue to the point where the south
line of said, in said Riverdale Park subdivision is known as Riverside
Drive, intersects Taylor avenue, thence following the line of said River-
side Drive on the south and eastern sides thereof until the same intersects
the south of what in said Riverdale Park subdivision is known as Jeffer-
son avenue; thence in a northerly direction and across Jefferson avenue
to a point on the north side of Jefferson avenue about 300 feet, more or
less, east from the southeast corner of Lot No. 18 in Block No. 38 in said
Riverdale Park subdivision; thence in a direction bearing north of west
a distance of about 250 feet more or less to a point 50 feet east of the
southeast corner of Lot No. 18 in Block No. 38; thence in a northerly
direction parallel to and 50 feet east of the boundaries of Blocks Nos.
138, 78, 29, 24, 18 and 9 of the said subdivision known as Riverdale Park
to the southern boundary of what is known in said subdivision as Monroe
avenue; and thence at an angle and a northeasterly direction to the divid-
ing line of Lots No. 57 and No. 58 in Block No. 1 of said Riverdale Park
subdivision; thence in a northerly direction by and with the dividing line
between the said lots No. 57 and No. 58 in Block No. 1 to what is now
known as the Calvert property; thence in a westerly line to the northwest
corner of Lot No. 1 in Block No. 1 of said Riverdale Park subdivision;
thence running south along the eastern side of the Baltimore-Washington
Boulevard to a point directly opposite the southern side of the Colesville
Road, where said Colesville Road commences at the said Washington-Bal-
