PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY. 3863

Election District No. 6, with the exception of the property above men-
tioned which is in Precinct No. 2, shall constitute and be known as Pre-
cinct No. 1 of Spaulding's or Election District No. 6, and the following
place in said precinct shall be at Forestville.

ELECTIONS.

1922, ch. 285.

435. The judges and clerks of election shall be paid cash immediately
upon the performance of their duties and upon the presentation of proper
vouchers for the same. The County Commissioners are hereby authorized
and directed to include in the annual levy a sufficient sum so that the said
judges and clerks of election shall be paid promptly and in order to
accomplish this, the said County Commissioners shall include in the levy
for the year 1922 a sum sufficient to pay the salaries of said judges and
clerks of elections for two years, and thereafter annually a sum sufficient
to pay the said salaries for that year.

436. It shall not be lawful for any person in Prince George's county to

carry, on the days of election and primary election, within one-fourth mile
of the polls, secretly or otherwise any gun, pistol, dirk, dirk-knife, razor,
billy or bludgeon; and any person violating the provisions of this section
shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and on conviction thereof before any
justice of the peace in said county, shall be fined not less than five nor
more than twenty dollars, and on refusal to pay said fine, shall be com-
mitted by such justice of the peace to the jail of the county, until the same
is paid.

437. The fines collected under the preceding section shall be paid by
the officer collecting the same to the School Commissioners of the county
for school purposes.

438. Any constable of said county, or the sheriff thereof, who shall
Tefuse to arrest any person violating any provision of Section 436, upon
information of such offence shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and

on conviction thereof before the Circuit Court for said county, shall be
fined not less than twenty nor more than fifty dollars.

439. The members of the Board of Supervisors of Election of Prince

George's County, Maryland, shall each receive the sum of two hundred
and twenty-five dollars annually in full payment and compensation for
their services in holding all elections in any one year in said Prince

George's County in pursuance of any Public General or Public Local Law
