3864 ARTICLE 17.

of the State of Maryland; said salaries to be paid by the County Commis-
sioners of Prince George's County, Maryland, in the manner now pre-
scribed by law; provided that all Public General and Public Local Laws
of Maryland inconsistent herewith be and the same are hereby repealed
in so far as the same relate to or affect Prince George's County, Maryland.

ELECTRIC LIGHT COMPANIES.

1892, oh. 460, sec. 332. 1912 Code, sec. 256.

440. Any electric light company heretofore formed or hereafter to be
formed under Article 23 of the Code of Public General Laws, shall have
the power to manufacture and sell, contract with and to furnish any city
or town in Prince George's county and to any company, corporation or
individual, electric light or electric power, to the same extent and have
the same power (in addition to the other power given under the general
law) as is given by Section 178 of Article 23 of the Code of Public Gen-
eral Laws of any city or town of Kent and the other counties named in
said section.

FAIRMOUNT HEIGHTS.*

1929, ch. 342, sec. 1.

441. The citizens of the community of Fan-mount Heights, North
Fairmount Heights, Bryn Mawr, Waterford, part of West Fairmount
Heights, part of Weisner's subdivision and part of Slocum's subdivision,
etc., Prince George's County, Maryland, are hereby made a body corporate
by the name and style of "Commissioners of Fairmount Heights," and by
that name may have perpetual succession, sue and be sued, have and use
a common seal, purchase and hold real, personal and mixed property, and
sell and dispose of the same for municipal purposes.

1929, ch. 342, sec. 2.

442. The boundaries of the said Town shall be as follows: Beginning
at the stone at the southeast point of Ellen Adam's property on Eastern
Avenue, Fairmount Heights, Md.; thence northwesterly following the
District Line to the south line of Sherif Road; then easterly along said
Sheriff Road to the center line of Grove Street in the silence subdivi-
sion; thence south along center of said Grove Street to St. Paul Street
in the said silence subdivision; thence following said St. Paul Street
to Caroline Street in the same subdivision; thence northeast on said
Caroline Street to the boundary line between said silence subdivision
and the Edward Howard tract; thence southeast along said boundary
line to the east boundary line of the said Edward Howard tract; thence
north along said boundary line to Sherif Road; thence east along said
Sherif Road to the center line of Addison Chapel Road; thence south-
