3862 ARTICLE 17.

Eversfield property in a westward direction to a point where it intersects
the center line of the Colesville Road, thence following the said center
line of the Colesville Road in a northerly direction to a point where the
present southern boundary of the Berwyn Election District meets the
center line of said Colesville Road.

432. The Supervisors of Elections of Prince George's County are au-
thorized and directed to appoint registration and election officers for such
Berwyn District and to provide the necessary and usual books, ballots and
ballot boxes and to do all other matters and things required by law for
the holding of primary and general election therein.

1924, ch. 500.

433. The line between Mellwood and Marlboro Election District in
Prince George's County is so changed as to run as follows:

Beginning at a point near the north line of the farm of John H. Tra-
band where the Marlboro-Brown's Station road crosses a small stream,
thence west with the stream to the Chesapeake Beach Railroad, thence
with the Chesapeake Beach Railroad to the rear of the property now owned
by St. Mary's Church, thence with the rear line of said property, thence
to the rear line of the lots of the A. O. Dille subdivision, which fronts on
the Marlboro Pike, to the road leading into the farm recently owned by
A. O. Dille, thence to the entrance of the A. O. Dille farm, thence with
the Marlboro Pike to the west line of the land of Frederick Sasscer, thence
with the west line of the land of Frederick Sasscer to the Southern Mary-
land Boulevard, thence with the Southern Maryland Boulevard to the
property of B. W. Crandford, thence to the point of beginning as described
in Chapter 130 of the Acts of 1898.

1924, ch. 566, sec. 1.

434. Spaulding's or Election District No. 16 of Prince George's
County is hereby divided into two precincts, and the boundary line be-
tween said precincts shall be as follows:

Beginning at the intersection of the Suitland Road and the District of
Columbia boundary line and thence running in a southeasterly direction
along and following the Suitland Road to the village of Suitland and
thence from the village of Suitland along and following the New Cut or
Mayhew Road to the point where said road intersects the line dividing
Surratt's or Election District No. 9 and Spaulding's or Election District
No. 6. All of the property abutting on the north side of the Suitland Road
from the District Line to the village of Suitland, together with all the
property in the territory south of the said Suitland Road and the New
Cut or Mayhew Road in Spaulding's or Election District No. 6 shall con-
stitute and be known as Precinct No. 2 of Spaulding's or Election District
No. 6, and the following place in said precinct shall be at Silver Hill.
