PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY. 3737

wards Bowie north fourteen degrees fifteen minutes west seven hundred
and fifty-five feet, thence north three degrees thirty-three minutes east
five hundred and fifty feet, then leaving the road and crossing Dr. Hassel's
farm north sixty-nine degrees ten minutes east six hundred and two feet
to a boundary of the Hassel and Seitz properties, then with the boundary
line of the said properties north six degrees thirty minutes west eight
hundred and fourteen and one-half feet to Luer's land, then with Luer'g
land north eighty-four degrees east eight hundred and twenty-five feet to'
a point in a ditch, thence north forty-two degrees fifteen minutes, east five
hundred and fifty-three feet, the* crossing Littlepage's property north
sixty-nine degrees east ten hundred and ninety two feet to a point in
Clark's property, thence north three degrees fifty-five minutes east four
hundred feet, thence north thirty-seven degrees forty minutes west seven-
teen hundred and sixty-two feet to the beginning.

89. All persons who have resided within the said town for six months
next preceding the day of election, or who shall be assessed with three
hundred dollars of real or personal property within said town, and who
are qualified to vote for delegates to the General Assembly of Maryland,
shall elect on the first Monday in June, 1917, and annually thereafter on
the first Monday in June, three persons to act as Commissioners of said
Town, all of whom shall have been qualified to vote in a town election in
said town for at least, one year next preceding their election.

90. The Commissioners of said Town shall annually on the first Mon-
day in May appoint three persons from among the voters thereof to act
as judges of election. And the said judges of election shall give at least
ten days' notice, by posting not less than five written or printed notices
in conspicuous places in said town of the time and place at which said
election shall be held; and the,said judges of election before opening the
polls, shall make oath or affirmation before some justice of the peace for
Prince George's County, that they will fairly and impartially act as judges
of said election; and the said judges shall keep the polls open from three
o'clock P. M. until seven o'clock P. M., and shall record the names of the
voters and after the closing of the polls, shall count the ballots and an-
nounce the result, and make and sign a certificate thereof to be filed among
the records of said corporation. And in case of any tie vote being cast,
so that no three men shall receive the highest number of votes cast, the
said judges of election shall call another election in not more than fifteen
days, and shall give notice as above provided, at which election there shall
be elected such number of commissioners, as with those receiving a ma-
jority at the regular election, will fill the board of three commissioners.
