85. As soon as said Commissioners or a majority of them have re-
establish, surveyed and marked the boundary line between said counties,
they or a majority of them shall make a report of same, together with a
certified plat of the said survey made out by the surveyor employed by
them, which shall be transmitted by them to the Commissioner of the
Land Office of the State and shall furnish a copy of same to each of the
clerks of the Circuit Court for Prince George's and Charles Counties,
to be recorded among the land records of said counties, and the report
so made and the line so established by them or a majority of them shall
be for all intents and purposes the true boundary line between said counties.

86. The said Commissioners shall mark the survey so made by them
by granite posts every half mile, and all straight courses of less length than
one-half mile, which said posts shall be numbered.

BOWIE.

87. The inhabitants of the town of Bowie, in Prince George's County,
are hereby constituted a body corporate, by the name of "The Commis-
sioners of Bowie," and by that name may sue and be sued, may purchase
and hold real, personal, and mixed property, and dispose of the same for
the benefit of the said town, and may have and use a common seal, which
may be altered at pleasure.

88. The corporate limits of said town shall be as follows:
Beginning for the same at a stake set over a culvert on the Pennsyl-
vania Railroad and about ten feet southeast from the head thereof, said
culvert being about two thousand feet from Bowie Station along the track
towards Baltimore, and running thence, north seventy-three degrees, twen-
ty-three minutes west fourteen hundred and seventy feet to a stake in the
centre of Chestnut Avenue, thence north sixty-nine degrees thirty-five
minutes west eight hundred and sixty-three feet to a stake in the centre
of Maple Avenue, then with the centre of said avenue south three degrees,
seventeen minutes west four hundred and sixty-five feet to the centre of
Sixth Street, then with Sixth Street north eighty-four degrees twenty-five
minutes west four hundred and twenty feet to a gully, then down the gully
south eight degrees twenty-three minutes west nine hundred and forty-one
feet, thence south sixty-nine degrees twenty-one minutes west, twenty-four
hundred and twenty-five feet, thence south forty-five degrees, thirty-five
minutes east forty-nine hundred and eighty-six feet to a stone on the south-
west side of the road leading from Bowie to Collington, a boundary of
Lehman, Perkins and Hardy's land, then with the centre of the road to
