and if any person shall fail to return any of said equipment to the proper
store-house such person upon conviction thereof shall be fined a sum not
exceeding one hundred dollars and in default of the immediate payment
of said fine and cost shall be imprisoned in the county jail for a period
not exceeding six months and if any person shall unlawfully remove any
tool, implement or machinery from any of said store-houses without first
having obtained the written permission of the County Commissioners said
person shall upon conviction thereof pay a fine not exceeding five hundred
dollars and in default of the immediate payment of the fine and cost so im-
posed shall be sentenced to the county jail for a period not to exceed one
year. That the County Commissioners are hereby authorized and em-
powered to erect said store-rooms at such place and of such dimensions and
at such cost as they, said Commissioners, in their discretion shall deem
expedient and said Commissioners shall pass such rules and regulations
in reference to same as said Board in its discretion shall deem wise and
proper for the proper protection and care of the county property.

789. It shall be unlawful for any person to throw, dump or deposit
any trash, junk or other refuse upon the land or property of another with-
out the written consent first had and obtained of the owner thereof, or
under the personal direction of such owner; or to throw, dump or deposit
any trash, junk or other refuse upon any public highway of Prince
George's County or Montgomery County, and any violation of this Act
ahall constitute a misdemeanor and any person convicted thereof before a
Justice of the Peace or Court of proper jurisdiction shall be punishable
by a fine of not less than $5.00 or more than $50.00, or by imprisonment
of not less than thirty (30) or more than (90) days, or both.

790. The inhabitants of the town of Rockville, Montgomery county,
are a body corporate by the name of "The Mayor and Council of Rock-
ville," and by that name may have perpetual succession, sue and be sued,
and have and use a common seal.

791. The limits of said town shall begin at the northeast corner of the
fair grounds of the Montgomery County Agricultural Society, and run
thence with the dividing line between said grounds and lands of the heirs

grounds; thence by a straight line to the southeast corner of the land of
