dle of Washington Street; thence continuing in the same course to the
southern limits of the town of Cambridge, thence in a southwesterly
direction to the head of Egypt Road, thence with said road in the center
thereof to the line of the Ninth Election District of said county and thence
in an easterly direction in a straight line to Maple Dam Bridge.

1024, ch. 397, sec. 2.

258. It shall be the duty of the Supervisors of Election for Dorchester
County to have the names of all those registered voters who now live in
the said Second Precinct to the east and north of the said lines trans-
ferred to the proper registration books of the First Precinct of Cambridge,
said registered voters whose family names begin with letters ranging from
A. to N. both inclusive to be transferred to the registration book of the
said First Precinct which includes or contains the names of all registered
voters of said precinct from A. to N. and said registered voters whose
family names begin with letters ranging from O. to Z. both inclusive to
be transferred to the registration books of the First Precinct which in-
cludes or contains all the registered voters of said precinct from N. to O.
both inclusive, provided that upon the failure to transcribe the name of
any voter now registered, he or she shall have the right to vote where he
or she was formerly registered.

259. There is hereby created a new election district in Dorchester

County, to be known as the Fifteenth or Hurlock Election District of
Dorchester County, and to be formed of parts of the Second or East New
Market Election District, and of the Twelfth or Williamsburg Election
District of said county, and the polling place of said new district shall be
the village of Hurlock.

1894, ch. 491, sec. 2.

260. The boundaries of said new district shall be as follows: Begin-
ning at the mouth of Benjamin Conway's Mill Creek, thence up said

creek, mill pond and branch to the county road leading from Hurlock's to
Ellwood, thence with county road to the Baltimore and Eastern Shore
Railroad, thence with said county road to the line dividing Caroline
and Dorchester Counties, thence with said line to the Choptank River,
thence with said river to Wright's Wharf and thence with the public

county road to Blinkhorn School House, then up Cabin Creek Road to the
house where C. H. Prouse now resides, thence with the county road to a
pond known as Bonner's Bay, then down the branch and mill stream lead-
ing to Upper Cabin Creek Mill, until it crosses the county road leading
from Cabin Creek to Shiloh Church, and with said road to the county
road leading from East New Market to Rhodesdale, and with said road to
the fork district line, and with said line to the Nanticoke River, and up
said river to the place of beginning.
