31A. The Road Commissioners of Charles County, or the dulv con-
stituted authorities of said Charles County, as the case may be, are hereby
authorized, empowered and directed to erect a bridge, in their discretion
either wood, iron, or concrete, over Mattawoman Run, on the public road
leading from the store of John W. Waring to La Plata, at or near the
farm of Jens Rasmussen.

CHARLOTTE HALL.

32. The Judge of the Circuit Court for Charles County shall suppress
any license for the retail of ardent spirits at or in the Village of Char-
lotte Hall, or within two miles thereof, upon the recommendation of a
majority of the trustees of Charlotte Hall Academy stating that they
believe the retailing of liquor at such place to be injurious to the interests
of said academy.

33. The Clerk of the Circuit Court shall not issue license to retail
ardent spirits at any place within the; limits prescribed in the preceding
section, at which a license to retail the same has been previously sup-
pressed, except upon the consent, in writing, of a majority of the trustees
of Charlotte Hall Academy, designating the place at which and the per-
son to whom such license may be granted.

CIRCUIT COURT.

34. There shall be two regular terras of the Circuit Courts for the sev-
eral counties of Charles, Calvert, St. Mary's and Prince George's, com-
posing the seventh judicial circuit of this State, to which jurors shall be
summoned, and said terms shall be held at the following times : for Charles
County, at Port Tobacco, on the third Monday of May and November in
each year; for Calvert County, at Prince Frederick, on the first Monday
of May and the Wednesday next after the first Monday of November in
each year; for St. Mary's County, at Leonardtown, on the third Monday
of March and September in each year, and for Prince George's County,
at Upper Marlboro', on the first Monday of April and October in each
year.

35. There shall be two other and intermediate terms of each of said
courts, to which jurors shall not be summoned, to be held at the several
places mentioned, and at the following times: for Charles County, on the
third Monday of February and July; for Calvert County, on the first
