material and of a pattern to be approved by the said Game Warden to
prevent ingress and egress of such deer or elk as are kept thereon.

(c) Such elk or deer or other game so kept in an enclosure shall be
deemed as personal property of the owner as fully to all intents and pur-
poses as other personal property.

62. It shall be unlawful for any person, his, her or their aiders or
abettors, to enter upon any game preserve or refuge used for the propaga-
tion of game in this State, where such preserve or refuge is enclosed with
fencing as required by law under this sub-title, for the purpose of stealing
game birds, or eggs or game animals, therein, or to hunt, pursue, catch,
kill, trap, shoot or attempt to hunt, pursue, catch, kill, trap or shoot or
wound or disturb any game birds while roosting, take or catch any game
birds or game animals in or on such preserve or refuge, either in the
daytime or night time, with the use of spot-light, flash-light, search-light or
any artificial light or battery, sulphur, fire, snare, net, deerlick, or pitfall,
turkey blind or turkey pen or any other means whatsoever, nor shall any
person destroy any part of the fencing about said preserve or refuge in any
manner whatsoever nor enter into such preserve or refuge and drive or
attempt to drive any game birds or game animals therefrom, either in the
daytime or in the night time, except with the written consent of the owner
or owners thereof.

Any person violating any of the provisions of Sections 60, 61 and 62,
shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction before any
Justice of the Peace of this State shall be fined not less than One Hundred
($100) Dollars nor more than Five Hundred ($500) Dollars and cost or
sentenced to imprisonment in the House of Correction for a period of not
less than six months, nor more than one year for each and every offense
and shall be subject to both fine and said imprisonment in the discretion
of the Court, and in addition to said fine, shall be fined Five ($5) Dollars
for each any every game bird, eggs of same, or game animal sold or offered
for sale or taken or molested in violation of the law as provided in Sections
60, 61 and 62; and the license shall be revoked and game on said property
confiscated by order of the Game Warden.

63. It shall be unlawful for any licensee, or his agent, or employee,
to neglect to return to the Game Warden any tag with the information
thereon required, or to kill, sell, give away, remove or ship any game bred
or raised, unless first notifying the Game Warden and making application
to kill, sell, give away, remove or ship.

(a) It shall be unlawful for any person to neglect to remove and return
to the Game Warden any tag attached to any container, or to any game.

(b) It shall be unlawful for any person to remove or destroy any tag
attached to any container or bird or animal except in the manner and at
the time and place provided by law.
