shooting or gunning over decoys. No boat used as a sneak-boat or for
bushwhack shall be of dimensions less than sixteen (16) feet in length,
nor less than twenty (20) inches at the lowest point in height.

52. It shall be unlawful at any time, either in the clay or night, to
hunt, pursue, shoot or kill any water fowl in or over the Flats from any
craft of any kind except a gunning rig as defined by law, and then only
after the same has been licensed as provided in this sub-title. Any person
or persons who shall have in his or their possession a boat of less dimen-
sions than provided by law on the Susquehanna Flats between the first day
of November and the first day of February following shall be prima facie
evidence of a violation of this sub-title; provided, however, boats of smaller
dimensions may be used in stationary booby or brush blinds as provided by
law.

It shall be unlawful to shoot a gun on the Flats at night time. The
words "night time" shall be construed to mean the time beginning with
sunset until sunrise the following day. The time stated by calendar as
hour of sunrise and sunset. The gunning days shall be Mondays, Wednes-
days and Fridays in November and December, and Mondays, Wednesdays,
Fridays and Saturdays in January.

It shall be unlawful for a gunning rig, or any craft connected therewith,
whether said rig be anchored or otherwise, to be on the Flats before 3. 15
A. M. on any gunning day. Any gunning rig so found by any officer em-
powered with the enforcement of the Game and Fish Laws of this State,
shall be at once seized and removed from the Flats and not allowed to re-
turn until the case is heard and determined, and shall be subjected to such
further penalties as may be prescribed by this sub-title or other laws of the
State of Maryland.

It shall be unlawful to cross the line above referred to for the purpose
of selecting a set for a gunning rig, in any boat other than one carrying or
towing the entire gunning rig; and it shall be unlawful for any other boat
or device to cross said line.

It shall be unlawful to have in possession on the Flats, any gun of larger
bore than 10 gauge.

It shall be unlawful to kill water fowl on the Flats in excess of the bag
limit allowed by the laws of Maryland. Any officer charged with the duty
of enforcing the law, shall have free access to all gunning rigs and any
gunning rig that shall have on board more than the prescribed bag limit,
shall be removed at once from the Flats and not allowed to return during
three gunning days, and the gunners shall be subjected to such additional
fines and penalties as are hereinafter set forth, or otherwise provided by
law.

It shall be unlawful for any gunning rig to kill or have in possession
more than the bag limit prescribed by law for four hunters.

It shall be unlawful for any person to be on said waters designated as
the Susquehanna Flats on any day except the legal gunning day, on any
vessel or craft on which are connected or in tow any hunting paraphernalia
