Lutheran Synod of Missouri, Ohio and other States; to the gift
or bequest of $50.00 to each of the following, i. e., to the Evan-
gelical Lutheran Association of the Augsburg Home for Orphans
and the Aged of Baltimore City,, in said will called 'The Augs-
burg Home for the Orphans and Aged of Baltimore City,' and
to the St. Anthony's German' Orphan Asylum, "in Baltimore
City, now at No. 925 North Central avenue, Baltimore, Mary-
land.
"56. To the bequest contained in the last will and testa-
ment of Mary E. Waters, late of Baltimore City, Maryland,
deceased, recorded among the wills records of said city in Liber
H. W. J. No. 109, folio 271, to the MaKemie Memorial Pres-
byterian Church of Snow Hill, Maryland (correct title 'The
Committee of the Presbyterian Church in Snow Hill, Worcester
county, Maryland'), the sum of $500.00, and to the execution
of a valid receipt and release therefor to the executor of said
will.
"57. To the sale, grant and deed of a certain lot of ground
near Goose Pond,., in Caroline county, to Harris Chapel Meth-
odist Episcopal Church, South, a body corporate, by Philip W.
Downes, Richard J. Walbert, Samuel Colgain, Jerome H.
Woodward and Merrit H. Hubbard, trustees of Goose Pond'
Methodist Episcopal Church, of Caroline county, by their deed
dated January 26, 1912, and recorded among the Land Rec-
ords of Caroline County in Liber J. K. S. No. 75, folio 53, and
that fee-simple title vest, pursuant to said deed, absolutely, in
said corporation, its successors and assigns, to its own and their
own use and behoof.
"58. To the sale, grant and deed of the fee-simple interest
in a certain lot of ground situate on Wilkins avenue, in the
City of Baltimore, to the Trustees of Wilkins Avenue Methodist
Episcopal Church, South, in the City of Baltimore, a body
corporate) by the trustees of St. Paul's Methodist Episcopal
Church, South, in the City of Baltimore, a corporation, by its
deed, dated March 7, 1912, and recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore City on March 8, 1912, and that title to
said lot vest in said corporation, absolutely, in fee-simple.
"59. To the sale, grant and assignment of the leasehold
interest in a lot of ground and the improvements thereon, sit-
nate on South Mount street in the City of Baltimore, to the
Trustees of Wilkins Avenue Methodist Episcopal Church,
South, in the City of Baltimore, a body corporate, by Charles ,
Allen and Margaret A. Allen, his wife, by their deed dated
June 20, 1910, and recorded among the Land Records of said
