Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 2589, folio 530, and that
title to said leasehold estate in said lot vest, absolutely, in said
body corporate, its successors and assigns.
"60. To a deed of certain real estate in Baltimore City,
Maryland, from Simon Frankaustein to the Trustees of the
Payson Street Methodist Protestant Church, and its successors
and assigns in fee-simple, dated May 31, 1911, and recorded
among the land records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No.
2662, folio 388, etc., and to the holding and disposing of same
according to law.
"61. To a deed for two lots of ground from the Linthicum
Heights Company to The Church Extension Society of Mary-
land Annual Conference of the Methodist Protestant Church,
dated October 16, 1911, and recorded prior hereto among the
land records of Anne Arundel county.
"62. To the gift and bequest of $1,900.00 to the Linthicum
Heights Methodist Protestant Church by the last will and testa-
ment of Asa S. Linthicum, late of Anne Arundel county,
deceased, dated May 9, 1902, and recorded among the wills
records of Anne Arundel county in Liber B. R. D. No. 1, folio
156. Said $1,900.00 being the sum in said will bequeathed
after deducting therefrom the inheritance tax.
"63. To the bequest contained in the last will and testament
of Ellen Irwin, late of Baltimore City, deceased, admitted to
probate by the "Orphans' Court of Baltimore City January 3,
1911, namely: $3,500.00 to the Vestry of Grace Church in the
City of Baltimore, for the endowment of a pew in said Church,
and the sum of $6,000.00 to the said Vestry of Grace Church,
one-half of the same to be applied to the endowment fund of
said Church, and one-half of same to be used for the comple-
tion of the tower of the said Church building.
"64. To the bequest contained in the last will and testament
of Cyrus M. Diggs, late of Baltimore City, deceased, to the
Rector and Vestry of St. James First African Protestant Epis-
copal Church in the City of Baltimore, a body corporate, said
Rector of said Church being Rev. George F. Bragg, Jr., said
will being dated February 11, 1909:
"65. To the devise contained in the last will and testament
of William Sommerville Edwards, dated May 13, 1907, and
duly admitted to probate by the Orphans' Court of Baltimore
City, to The Preachers' Fund Society of Baltimore City, said
will being now of record in the office of the Register of Wills
of Baltimore City.
