972 . LAWS OF MARYLAND. [Ch. 654]

"53A. To the following bequests and gifts contained in the
will of the late Mary Reed, which will is of record in the office
of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City, in Wills Liber H.
W. J. No. 112: (a) To the Aged Men's and Women's Home
on Druid Hill avenue, between McMechan and Wilson streets,
Baltimore, Md., the sum of $200.00. (b) To the Sharp Street
Memorial M. E. Church, Dolphin and Etting streets, Balti-
more, Maryland, the sum of $300.00. (c) All the rest, residue
and remainder to the Aged Men's and Women's Home on
Druid Hill avenue, Baltimore, Maryland.

"54. To the following grants, assignments and deeds, to
and for the use and benefit of the Vestry of the Church of St.
Michael and All Angels in Baltimore County, a religious cor-
poration, of a lot of ground situate in the City of Baltimore:
(a) To the grant and assignment made and executed by the
Maryland Construction Company of Baltimore City to John
G. Murray, trustee, dated December 31, 1903, and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber R. O. No.
2055, folio 430, etc. (b) To the grant and deed of Patrick
Sinnott and wife to John G. Murray, trustee, dated July 5,
1904, and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City
in Liber R. O. No. 2085, folio 141, etc. (c) To the grant and
deed made by John G. Murray, trustee, to the Vestry of the
Church of St. Michael and All Angels, in Baltimore county,
dated the 21st day of February, 1912, and recorded among the
Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 2720,
folio 74, etc.; and to the holding and disposing of, according to
law, by the Vestry of the Church of St. Michael and All Angels
in Baltimore county of the lot of land aforementioned.

"55. To the following gifts and bequests contained in the
last will and testament of John Ferdinand Walsh, late of Bal-
timore City, deceased, which will is dated January 24, 1907,
and recorded in the office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore
City in Liber H. W. J. No. 108, folio 47, etc.: (a) The sum
of $100.00 to the German Evangelical Lutheran Emmanuel
Church, of Baltimore City, for perpetual care of said testator's
lot in the cemetery of said church, (b) The sum of $100.00
to each one of the following, i. e.: To the said German Evan-
gelical Lutheran Emmanuel Church of Baltimore City; to the
Church Extension Fund of the Mission Board of the Baltimore
Congregations belonging to the Evangelical Lutheran Synodical
Conference of North America of Baltimore City; to the Ger-
man Evangelical Lutheran Synod of Missouri, Ohio, and other
States; to the Eastern District of the German Evangelical
