"49. To the sale, grant and deed in fee-simple of a certain
lot of ground on the south side of North avenue in Baltimore
City, to the Baltimore City Missionary and Church Extension
Society of the Methodist Episcopal Church, a body corporate,
by Chatsworth Methodist Episcopal Church, by deed dated
December 1, 1911, and recorded among the Land Records of
Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 2704, folio 258, etc.
"50. To the bequest of $500.00 under the last will and
testament of Michael S. Levy, late of Baltimore City, deceased,
to the Chizack Amuno Congregation of Baltimore City, and
to the bequest under the first codicil of the last will and testa-
ment of Michael S. Levy, aforesaid, to the Mercantile Trust
and Deposit Company, of Baltimore, of the sum of $10,000.00
in trust, to pay the net income to the Chizack Amuno Congre-
gation of Baltimore City, to be applied to the purposes in said
codicil stipulated.
"51. To the following devises and bequests contained in
the last will and testament of Margaret Carroll, late of Balti-
more City, deceased, dated June 10, 1907, and recorded in the
office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City in Wills Liber
H. W. J., No. 109, folio 38, etc.: (a) $1,000.00 to St. Mary's
Protestant Episcopal Church on Orchard street, Baltimore
City, under the control and management of the Vestry of
Mount Calvary Church in the City of Baltimore, (b) $750.00
to St. Mary's Orphanage, under the control and management
of The Home of the All Saints Sisters of the Poor in Balti-
more City, (c) $50.00, and all the rest, residue and remain-
der of the estate of the said Margaret Carroll, to St. Catherine's
Mission on Calhoun street, under the control and management
of the Vestry of Mount Calvary Church, in the City of Balti-
more.
"52. To the grant and deed from Amelia Leakins and
Edward Leakins to the Vestry of Mount Calvary Church, in the
City of Baltimore, and The Home of the All Saints Sisters of
the Poor of Baltimore City, dated February 8, 1912, and
recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber
S. C. L: No. 2718, folio 385, etc.
"53. To the grant and deed from Matilda Dotson, to the
Vestry of Mount Calvary Church, in the City of Baltimore, and
the Home of the All Saints Sisters of the Poor, of Baltimore
City, dated February 10, 1912, and recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 2718, folio
386, etc.
