"45. To the sale, grant and deed of the reversion in fee
and the annual ground-rent of $36.00, issuing and payable out
of a certain lot of ground on the north side of Lemon street,
in Baltimore City, and described in said deed, to the Trustees
of the Methodist Episcopal Church of the United States of
America of the Israel Creek Meeting House in Frederick
county, Maryland, a body corporate, by George C. Thomas, by
deed dated December 29, 1911, and recorded among the land
records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 2712, folio
81, etc., that title in fee in said reversion and annual ground-
rent, aforesaid, vest, pursuant to said deed, in said corporation,
its successors and assigns, to its and their own use and behoof.
U46. To the sale, grant and deed in fee-simple of a certain
lot of ground on the northeast corner of Clinton and Pratt
streets, in Baltimore county, and fully described in said deed,
to the St. Paul's English Evangelical Lutheran Congregation
of Baltimore county, a body corporate, by The Canton Company
of Baltimore, by deed dated March 26, 1910, and recorded
among the.land records of Baltimore county, in Liber N. B. M.
No. 243, folio 325, etc., and that fee-simple title vest, pursuant
to said deed, absolutely in said corporation, its successors and
assigns, to its own and their own use and behoof.
"47. To the gift, sale, grant and deed of the reversion in
fee in, and the annual ground rent of $19.68 issuing and pay-
able out of a certain lot of ground on the east side of Chester
street, in said deed described, to the Trustees of Wesley Chapel
Methodist Episcopal Church of Baltimore County, by Sophia
Augusta Denison, by her deed dated February 6, 1912, and
recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber
S. C. L. No. 2717, folio 199, etc., and that title in fee in said
reversion and annual ground rent aforesaid vest, pursuant to
said deed, in said corporation, its successors and assigns, to its
own and their own use and behoof.
"48. To the sale, grant and deed, in fee-simple, of a cer-
tain lot of ground on the northeast corner of Elderslie avenue
and Pimlico road, in Baltimore county, in said deed described,
to the Baltimore City Missionary and Church Extension Society
of the Methodist Episcopal Church, a body corporate, by
Robert F. Reynolds and wife, by deed dated August 28, 1911,
and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore County,
in Liber W. P. O. No. 384, folio 219, etc., and that fee-simple
title vest, pursuant to said deed, absolutely in said corporation,
its successors and assigns, to its own and their own use and
behoof.
