PHILLIPS LEE GOLDSBOROUGH, ESQ., GOVERNOR. 969

Michael and All Angels, in Baltimore county, of a lot of
ground in the City of Baltimore; said deed bearing date
February 21, 1912, and recorded .among the land records of
Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 2720, folio 72,. etc., and
to the holding and disposing of according to law the lot of
land aforementioned, by the Vestry of the Church of St.
Michaels and All Angels in Baltimore county,

"42. To the following grant, sale and deed in fee-simple
of a certain lot of ground on the southwest side of Calverton
Turnpike Road, to the Trustees of Summerfield Methodist
Episcopal Church of Calverton, of Baltimore county, a body
corporate, by the Trustees of the Methodist Episcopal Church
of the West Baltimore Station in the City of Baltimore, by
its deed bearing date September 24, 1879, and recorded among
the land records of Baltimore county in Liber J. B. No. 105;
folio 410, and again recorded among the aforesaid land records
September 7th, 1911, in Liber W. P. C. No. 382, folio 560,
etc., and that the fee-simple title vest pursuant to said deed
absolutely in said corporation, its successors and assigns to its
"own and their own use and behoof.

"43. To the sale, grant and deed of a certain lot of ground
on the west side of Carrollton avenue in Baltimore City, in
said deed described, to Lafayette Square Presbyterian Church,
a body corporate, by Henry Watson Children's Aid Society, by
deed dated December 15, 1905, and recorded among the land
records of Baltimore City in Liber R. O. No. 2197, folio 114.
etc., and that fee-simple title vest, pursuant to said deed, in
said corporation, its successors and assigns to its own and their
own use and behoof.

"44. To the sale, grant and deed of a certain lot of ground
en the south side of New Boundary avenue in Baltimore City,
to the Trustees of Boundary Avenue Methodist Episcopal
Church, a body corporate, conveyed to said corporation by the
three following deeds, namely: the first bearing date June 30,
1910, and recorded among the land records of Baltimore City
in Liber S. C. L. No. 2616, folio 406, from William P. Bige-
low and wife; the second, bearing date October 19, 1910, and
recorded among the aforesaid land records in Liber S. C. L.
No. 2616, folio 408, from Anna K. W. Burgan and husband;
the third, dated June 30, 1910, and recorded among the afore-
said land records in Liber S. C. L. No. 2616, folio 407, from
Margaret Sherwood Patterson, by William Patterson, her attor-
ney; and that fee-simple title vest, pursuant to said deeds, in
said corporation, its successors and assigns, to its own and their
own use and behoof.
