968 LAWS OF MARYLAND. [Ch. 654]

"35. To the legacy of $50.00 bequeathed to the Cemetery
Trustees of the Taneytown Messiah Church of Taneytown,
Maryland, by the last will and testament of William H. Gar-
ner, late of Taneytown, Maryland, deceased, the interest of said
sum to be applied in keeping in repair the burial lots in which
said William H. Garner and wife are buried.

"36. To the following grants, to and for the use and benefit
of the Vestry of the Church of St. Michaels and All Angels in
Baltimore county, a religious corporation: To the two grants
and deeds made by Mary E. Denmead; the first of said deeds
bearing date March 3rd, 1880, and recorded among the land
records of Baltimore county in Liber W. M. J. No. 118, folio
151, and the second of said deeds, bearing date March 9, 1889,
and recorded among the land records of Baltimore City in
Liber J. B. 1236, folio 513, etc., and to the holding, mortgag-
ing, leasing, or otherwise disposing of the lot of land described
in the aforementioned deeds.

"37. To the following bequests, given under the last will
and testament of Sarah Duggan, late of Baltimore City,
deceased; said will being of record in the office of the Register
of Wills of Baltimore City, to wit: $500.00 to the Redemp-
torists, a body corporate; $300 to the Saint Joseph's Passionists
Monastry, a body corporate; and the residuary devise and
bequest of all the rest, residue and remainder of the estate of
said deceased to Rev. Geo. W. Devine, Pastor of St. John's
Church, Baltimore.

"38. To the bequests by the will of Frank P. Clark,
recorded among the wills records of Baltimore City in Wills
Liber H. W. J. No. 112, folio 145, to the Vestry of Christ
Church, in the City of Baltimore.

"39. To the bequest of twenty (20) shares of the capital
stock of the National Union Bank of Baltimore City, Mary-
land, bequeathed to the Pennsylvania Conference of the Church
of the United Brethren in Christ, in trust, by the last will
and testament of Margaret A. Bollinger, late of Taneytown,
Carroll county, Maryland, deceased; the dividend to be devoted
to the payment of the Pastor's salary of the Taneytown Massia
Church of the Taneytown Charge.

"40. To the bequest contained in the last will and testa-
ment of Margaret Chrystal, late of Garrett county, Maryland,
deceased, to St. Vincent's Male Orphan Asylum of Baltimore,
Maryland.

"41. To the grant and deed made and executed by Frederick
Washington Storey, et al, to the Vestry of the Church of St.
