No. 111, folio 484), to wit, to the bequest of $500.00 to the
Baltimore Academy of the Visitation, a body corporate, and
the bequest of. $500.00 to the Institute of Mission Helpers of
the Sacred Heart, a body corporate; and also to the gift by way
of contingent remainder to the said Baltimore Academy of the
Visitation and the said Institute of the Mission Helpers of the
Sacred Heart, upon the conditions, terms and stipulations set
forth in said will of Susanna Holloway, recorded as aforesaid.
"33. To the gifts, bequests and devises contained in the last
will and testament of Susanna Holloway, late of Baltimore
City, deceased, (which will was probated on the 12th day of
December, 1911, and is recorded in the office of the Register
of Wills of the said city, in Liber H. W. J. No. 111, folio 484,
etc.), to wit, to the bequest of $500.00 to Saint Jude's Taber-
nacle Society of Baltimore City, a body corporate; and also to
the gift by way of contingent remainder to the said Saint
Jude's Tabernacle Society of Baltimore City, according to the
terms, conditions and stipulations set forth in said will,
recorded as aforesaid.

"34. To the following bequests contained in the last will
and testament of Sarah A. Broadwater, late of Garrett county,
deceased, to the Susquehanna University, a religious corpora-
tion, of Selin's Grove, Pennsylvania, namely: (a) To the con-
ditional bequest contained in the latter part of the sixth para-
graph of said last will and testament, as follows: 'This amount
must be held by said Council as a trust fund and should tho
Church disband as an organization I direct that these $500.00
be given to the Susquehanna University at Selin's Grove, Penn-
sylvania, as an endowment fund.' (b) To the conditional
bequest contained in the seventh paragraph of said last will
and testament, which reads as follows: 'I give, devise, and
bequeath to the Council of Grantsville Lutheran Church
of Grantsville, Maryland, the sum of $1,500.00, for a new
Church building, providing, 1st, that said new Church
building cost not less than $3,500.00; providing, 2nd, that said
new Church building be completed within two years after my
death; should said Church and Church Council fail to comply
with these conditions, I direct that this amount be given the
Susquehanna University, at Selin's Grove, Pennsylvania, as
an endowment fund, (c) To the devise and bequest contained
in the eighth paragraph of said last will and testament, which
reads as follows: 'I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, resi-
due and remainder of my estate real, personal and mixed, to the
Susquehanna University, of Selin's Grove, Pennsylvania, as an
endowment fund.'
