$50.00. (j) To Saint Mary's Star of the Sea School, $25.00.
(k) To Little Sisters of the Poor of Baltimore City, $75.00.
"21. To the deed made by the Provident Realty Corpora-
tion, a body corporate, to the Augsburg Evangelical Lutheran
Church of Baltimore City of the General Synod, incorporated,
of the lot of ground situate at the corner formed by the inter-
section of the westernmost side of Garrison avenue as proposed
to be widened to 80 feet, with the southernmost side of Bate-
man avenue as proposed to be laid out 50 feet wide, as described
in the said deed dated March 3rd, 1911, and recorded among
the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No.
2642, folio 157, eta., and to the holding and disposing of the
said property according to law, by the said body corporate.
"22. To the following gifts and bequests for the use and
benefit of the Council of the Grantsville Lutheran Church, con-
tained in the last will and testament of Sarah A. Broadwater,
late of Garrett county, deceased, viz.: (a) $500.00 to the
Grantsville Lutheran Church, said sum to be invested by the
Council of said church, and the interest at 5 per cent, to be
given annually to the salary of the pastor of said church, said
amount to be held by said Council as a trust fund, and said
church disband as an organization, then said sum of $500, to
go to Susquehanna University of Selins' Grove, Pa., as an
endowment fund, (b) The sum of $1,500.00 to the Council
of the Grantsville Lutheran Church of Grantsville, Maryland,
-for a new church building, provided, 1st, that said new church
building costs not less than $3,500.00, and provided, second,
that said new church building be completed within two years
after the death of said testatrix, and if said' church and Church
Council fail to comply with these conditions said sum of
$1,500.00 to go to the Susquehanna University of Selins'
Grove, Pa., as an endowment fund.
"23. To a deed of certain real estate in Anne Arundel
county from Francis S. Muller to the Chesapeake Conference
Association of Seventh Day Adventists, said deed bearing date
January 20, 1911, and recorded among the Land Records of
Anne Arundel County in Liber G. W. No. 82, folio 30, etc.,
and to the holding and disposing of same according to law.
"24. To the following bequests contained in the last will
and testament of Jennie M. Cullen, late of Harford county,
State of Maryland, deceased, as follows: (a) To Saint Patrick's
