"17. To the sale and grant from Charles Somerfield and
Rose Somerfield, his wife, to the Oheb Shalem Congregation of
Baltimore, a body corporate, of the State of Maryland, of a
certain tract of land situate in Baltimore county, Maryland,
and described in said deed of conveyance, dated the thirtieth
day of December, 1910, and recorded among the land records of
Baltimore county, in Liber W. P. C. No. 371, folio 333, etc.

"18. To the bequest of the sum of $144.92 to the Little
Sisters of the Poor of Baltimore City, contained in the last
will and testament of Margaret Lanergan, late of Carroll county,
deceased.

"19. To the bequest of Jacob Mosser, deceased, late of
Garrett county, of $6,971.07 to the trustees of the Jacob Mos-
ser Church Fund in Garrett county, a corporation, and the
principal thereof to be held by said corporation and to be
invested and re-invested in interest-bearing bonds or first mort-
gages on improved real estate, and the interests therefrom to be
used according to said corporation's direction under such rules,
regulations and by-laws as it may enact for the purpose of
improving and keeping in repair the church edifice, 'The Bear
Creek Congregation of the German Baptist Brethren Church/
near Accident, Garrett county, Maryland, and for the purpose
of meeting and providing for other ordinary expenses connected
with the management or government of said church.

19A. To the payment as contained in the last will and testa-
ment of Edwin G. or Edward G. Medinger, late of Baltimore
City, Maryland, to the Third English Evangelical Lutheran
Church, at Baltimore, Maryland, in the sum of one thousand
dollars ($1,000).

19B. To a certain deed and conveyance from Charles J.
Haman and Matilda Haman, his wife, unto the Bethany Eng-
lish Lutheran Church, of Baltimore City, Maryland, said deed
being dated December 19, 1910, and recorded among the Land
Eecords of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 2628, folio
147, etc.

"20. To the following gifts and bequests contained in the
last will and testament of Mary A. Hanlon, late of Baltimore
City, deceased, recorded in the office of the Register of Wills
of said city in Liber H. W. J. No. 107, folio 90, etc. (a) To
Rev. John T. Whalen, $400.00. (b) To Rev. Thomas J.
Kenny, $50.00. (c) To Rev. John T. Sullivan, $50.00. (d)
To Edward McAdams, $50.00. (e) To Saint Mary's Indus-
trial School for Boys of Baltimore City, $50.00. (f) To Saint
Vincent's Infant Asylum of Baltimore City, $50.00. (g) To
