Harford county, Maryland, the sum of $1,000.00. (b) To.
Mount Erin Catholic Cemetery, situate in the City of Havre
de Grace, State and county, aforesaid, the sum of $300.00.
"25. To the conveyance from George F. Bragg, Jr., and
Nellie G. Bragg, his wife, to the Maryland Home for Friendless
Colored Children of Baltimore City, a body corporate, by deed
dated August '24, 1911, recorded among the Land Records of
Baltimore County in Liber W. .P. C. No. 384, folio 268, etc.,
and to the conveyance from said George P. Bragg, Jr., to said
corporation .of two pieces of property in Baltimore City, by
deed dated April 25, 1906, and recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore City in Liber R. O. No. 2229, folio 302.
"26. To the bequests and devises to the Convention of the
Protestant Episcopal Church of the Diocese of Maryland as
follows: (a) To the bequest of Anna E. Barnard to the said
Convention of the Protestant Episcopal Church of the Diocese
of Maryland according to the terms and conditions set forth
in the last will and testament of said Anna E. Barnard, now
of record among the wills record of the Orphans' Court of Bal-
timore City in Liber H. W. J. No. Ill, folio 15. (b) To the
bequest and devise of Alberda Hall to the said Convention of
the Protestant Episcopal Church of the Diocese of Maryland
according to the terms and conditions set forth in the last will
and testament of the said Alberda Hall, recorded among the
wills record of Harford county in Liber H. T. D. No. 14,
folio 248.
"27. To the purchase by the Vestry of Saint Mary's Church
in Harford county from Betram N. Stump, Esq., of he farm
situate in Harford county, Maryland, on the public road lead-
ing from said church to Abingdon, in the first election district
of said county and being the same land which was conveyed to
the said Bertram N. Stump by deed from Harriet B. Littig,
dated May 31, 1911, and recorded among the land records of
Harford county in Liber J. A. R. No. 134, folio 99, and to
the holding thereof by said Vestry in fee-simple.
"28. To the bequest made by and contained in the last will
and testament of Helen Waltman, late of Carroll county, Mary-
land, deceased, dated April 28, 1900, and recorded in the office
of the Register of Wills of Carroll county in Wills Liber J. J.
S. No. 10, folio 332. (a) The sum of $200.00 to the Board
of Trustees of the Pipe Creek Methodist Protestant Church in
Wakefield Valley, Carroll county, Maryland, a corporation,
