contained in the will of Judith A. Dohme, deceased, to the
Vestry of St. Bartholomew Protestant Episcopal Church of
the City of Baltimore.

"8. To the following bequests contained in the last will and
testament of John Scharfer, late of Carroll county, in the State
of Maryland, deceased: (a) $200.00 to the Trustees of the
German Evangelical Lutheran Trinity Church at the Deer Park
Road, in Carroll county, in the State of Maryland, a body cor-
porate; (b) To the residue of the estate of John Scharfer,
deceased, amounting to the sum of $1,449.99, to the Evan-
gelical Lutheran Association of the .Augsburg Home for
Orphans and the Aged, a body corporate of the State of Mary-
land, located in Baltimore City.

"9. To the bequest of $100.00 by the will of John Burke
to the Rev. J. D. Marr, officiating as pastor of the Roman
Catholic Church of Our Lady of Good Counsel' to be used for
masses for the repose of the soul of the testator, said will being-
recorded in the office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore Citv
in Wills Liber B. E. S. No. 104, folio 356.

"10. To the bequest of $5,000.00 contained in the last will
and testament of Mary Dashiell Robinson, late of Baltimore
City, deceased, to the Sherith Israel Congregation (called in
said will, The Sherith Israel Synagogue), said will being of
record in the office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City
in Liber H. W. J. No. 109, folio 95, etc.

"11. To the following gifts, grants, sales and deeds to
and for the use and benefit of the Moses Montefiore Amones
Israel Congregation of Baltimore City, Maryland, to the acqui-
sition, holding and disposition thereof, by deed, mortgage, or
in any other manner, by the Moses Montefiore Israel Congrega-
tion of Baltimore City, a body corporate, and its successors, of
certain fee-simple and leasehold lots of grounds and improve-
ments heretofore purchased, situated and lying in the City of
Baltimore, on the southwest side of Small wood street, and
known as numbers 533, 535, 537 South Smallwood street, and
particularly described in the following deeds: (a) A deed from
Ferdinand C. Wheeler to said body corporate, dated the 26th
day of March, 1890, recorded among the land records of Balti-
more City in Liber J. B. No. 1288, folio 525, etc. (b) Deed
from Ira H. Houghton to said body corporate, dated the 18th
day of January, 1908, and recorded among the land records of
Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 2398, folio 112, etc.
(c) A deed from Nanie Rolando to said body corporate dated
the 18th day of January, 1908, and recorded among the afore-
