PHILLIPS LEE GOLDSBOROUGH, ESQ., GOVERNOR. 959

Baptist Church of Baltimore City, of a lot of ground in said
City of Baltimore, said grant and lease bearing date the 28th
day of August, A. D. 1899, and recorded among the land
records of Baltimore City in Liber R. O. No. 1805, folio 188,
etc.; and to the grant and confirmatory lease from Robert
Biggs, trustee, under a deed of trust from Boston Fear to said
Wilson Memorial Baptist Church of Baltimore City, of a lot of
ground in the said City of Baltimore described- in said lease
bearing date the 25th day of April, A. D. 1911, and recorded
among said land records in Liber S. C. L. No. 2654, folio 95,
etc; and that the sanction and consent of the General Assembly
of Maryland be and the same is hereby given, .granted and
declared to the acquisition by the said Wilson Memorial Baptist
Church of Baltimore City at any time hereafter, whether by
gift, grant or otherwise of the fee-simple title to the lots of land
aforementioned, in which it is entitled to the leasehold interest,
or less than a fee-simple title, by virtue of the lease and con-
firmatory lease aforementioned, and by virtue of the sanction
hereinbefore by this act given, and to the holding, sale, mort-
gaging, leasing or otherwise disposing of the same.

"3. To the devise and bequest made by the last will and
testament of Catherine Marron, late of Providence, Rhode
Island, to the Woodstock College of Baltimore county.

"4. To the bequest of $500.00 made by the last will and
testament of Pamelia B. Raine to the Vestry of Christ Episco-
pal Church of Harford County, Maryland, known as the Rock
Spring Church (correct title, 'Vestry of Christ Church, Rock
Spring, Harford County, Maryland'), said will being recorded
in the office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City in Wills
Liber H. W. J. No. 110, folio 163.

' "5. To the bequest of $50.00 by the will of Mary Louise
Cooper to the Reverend Theodore D. Mead, pastor of St. Ber-
nard's Roman Catholic Church, at Waverly, in Baltimore
county, for the purpose of saying masses for the repose of the
souls of the Cooper family, said will being recorded in the office
of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City in Liber H. W. J.
No. 108, folio 130, etc.

"6. To the bequest to the Vestry of Saint Bartholomew
Protestant Episcopal Church of the City of Baltimore, of
$5,000.00, contained in the will of Mary D. Robinson, recorded
in the office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City in
Liber H. W. J. No. 109, folio 95, etc.

"7. To the bequest of five (5) shares of the capital stock of
the Sharp & Dohme Company of Baltimore City, a corporation.
