(d) Deed from Nannie Rolando, trustee, to said body corporate,
dated the 18th day of January, 1908, and recorded among the
aforesaid land records in Liber S. G. L. No. 2398, folio 427,
etc. (e) Deed from the Security Real Estate Company to
said body corporate dated the 19th day of January, 1912, and
recorded among the aforesaid land records in Liber S. C: L.
No. 2714, folio 119, etc.
"That the sanction and consent of the General Assembly of
Maryland be and the same is hereby given, granted and declared
to the acquisition by the said body corporate at any time here-
after, whether by gift, grant or otherwise, of the fee-simple
title to the lots or parcels of land aforementioned, and which
the said body corporate is entitled to a leasehold interest or
less than a fee-simple title by virtue of the several deeds afore-
mentioned, and by virtue of the .sanction hereinbefore granted,;
and to the holding, sale, mortgaging, leasing or otherwise dis-
posing of the same.
"12. To the bequest and gift of $300.00 to the New Wind-
sor Presbyterian Church of Carroll county, Maryland, a body
corporate, located at New Windsor, Carroll county, Maryland,
as contained in the last will and testament of Ephraim B. Repp,
deceased.
"13. To the following gifts, bequests and devises contained
in the last will and testament of M. Sophia DuBernard, late
of Baltimore City, deceased, recorded in the office of the Regis-
ter of Wills of said city in Liber H. W. J. No. Ill, folio 100,
etc. (a) To the pastor for the time being of Saint Phillips,
and James Roman Catholic Church, in the City of Baltimore,
$500.00, for the benefit of said church. (b) To the Little
. Sisters of the Poor, located at the corner of Preston and Valley
streets, in the City of Baltimore, the sum of $1,000.00. (c)
To the Carmelite Sisters of Baltimore, located at the corner of
Caroline and Biddle streets, in said city, the sum of $500.00.
(d) To the Saint Mary's Industrial School, located on Wilkins
avenue, for the benefit of Saint James' Home for Boys, the sum
of $1,000.00. (e) To the Dominican Sisters, located at Irving-
ton on Frederick Road, in Baltimore county, the sum of
$500.00 . (f) To the Mission Helpers, located at Biddle and
McCulloh streets, in the City of Baltimore, the sum of $500.00.
(g) To the Oblate Sisters of Providence, located at Chase
street and Forest Place, in the City of Baltimore, the sum of
$1,000. (h) To St. Vincent de Paul's Infant Asylum, located
at Lafayette avenue and Division street, in the City of Balti-
more, the sum of $500.00. (i) To the Most Reverend James
