year 1911, the sum of nineteen dollars and twenty-nine cents
($19.29). George P. Buekey, collector Twelfth District Car-
roll County for the year 1911, the sum of eighty-two dollars
and seventy-seven cents ($82.77). Charles K. Lynch, collector
Cecil County for the- year 1909, the sum of two hundred and
four dollars and seventy-eight cents ($204.78). John C. Hor-
sey, collector Third District Somerset County for the year
1906, the sum of one dollar and forty-four cents ($1.44), and
for the year 1907, the sum of four dollars and five cents
($4.05). Elijah W. Walker, collector First District of Mont-
gomery County for the year 1901, the "sum of four dollars and
four cents ($4.04). Jesse D. Price, collector Wicomico County
for the year 1905, the sum of three hundred and twelve dollars
and forty-seven cents ($312.47). Benjamin Combs, collector
St. Mary's County for the year 1906, the sum of fifteen dollars
and forty-five cents ($15.45), and for the year 1907 the sum
of twenty-five dollars and seventy-two cents ($25.72). Charles
V. Wantz, collector Seventh District Carroll County for the
year 1911, the sum of six hundred and twenty-eight dollars and
thirty-four cents ($628.34). To the "Wineke-Bauernschmidt
Company," capital stock tax for the year 1908, the sum of
eighty-two dollars and eighty-four cents ($82.84), and for the
year 1909, the sum of seventy-four dollars and ninety-three
cents ($74.93), and to the "Wineke-Airey Company," capital
stock tax for the year 1910, the sum of seventy-eight dollars
and eighty-seven cents ($78.87). And to H. K. DeWitt, Col-
lector of Garrett County, the sum of three hundred and fifty-
three and 77/100 dollars ($353.77), for the year 1906, and
the sum of two hundred and seventy-one and 9/100 dollars
($271.09) for the year 1907.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 642.
AN ACT to require the County Commissioners of Frederick
county to publish in their annual statement a full and item-
ized account, in minute detail, of all receipts and expendi-
tures of the public money for each and every year.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the County Commissioners of Frederick county be
