PHILLIPS LEE GOLDSBOROUGH, GOVERNOR. 01

be known as section 38B, be and it is hereby added to Article
1 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Allegany
County," sub-title "County Commissioners," the same to read
as follows:

Section 38B. It shall be the duty of said County Commis-
sioners to publish by one insertion in some one or more news-
papers having general circulation in Allegany county the quar-
terly reports of the County Treasurer made to said County Com-
missioners; and it shall also be the duty of said County Com-
missioners annually at the end of each fiscal year to cause to be
published by one insertion in some one or more newspapers
having general circulation in Allegany county a detailed and
complete statement of the financial condition of said county.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

Approved March 19th, 1912.

CHAPTER 38.

AN ACT to declare the sanction and consent of the General
Assembly of Maryland, to the legacies contained in the will
and codicil of James Houston Eccleston, late of Baltimore
City, State of Maryland, deceased, to the vestry of Emman-
uel Church, in said Baltimore City, and to the vestry of
St Andrew's Church, in said Baltimore City.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the sanction and consent of the General Assembly
of Maryland, be and the same are hereby declared, given and
granted to the legacies to the vestry of Emmanuel Church, in
said Baltimore City, and to the vestry of St. Andrew's Church,
in said Baltimore City, contained in the will and codicil of
James Houston Eccleston, late of Baltimore City, recorded in
the office of Register of Wills of said city, on the 5th day of
April, 1911.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.
