until the second Easter Monday after their election. Annually
thereafter on Easter Monday the said electors shall elect one-
half of the entire number of vestrymen as fixed by the vestry,
who shall thereupon become members of said vestry until the
second Easter Monday after their election. Any vacancies
which may occur in the vestry shall be filled for the unexpired
term by the other members of the vestry. Until an election
shall be held on Easter Monday in the year 1912, the present
vestries of the said two churches shall be and they are hereby
constituted the vestry of the said consolidated church to serve
until said election.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That the vestry of the
said church shall have the right to appoint from year to year
not less than two nor more than four wardens for said church.
SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That all the powers and
rights of said former separate corporations, and all the prop-
erty and assets belonging to said former separate corporation
and all their debts and liabilities shall be devolved upon said
new consolidated corporation, except as modified by this act,
and every grant, division, bequest in favor of either of the
former separate corporations which it would have been capable
of taking shall devolve upon said new consolidated corporation,
which shall be regarded as substituted by operation of law in the
place and stead of said former separate corporations.
SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 37.
AN ACT to add an additional section to be known as section
38B, the same to follow section 38A, to Article 1 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Allegany County,"
sub-title "County Commissioners," so as to provide for the
publication by the County Commissioners of Allegany county
of the quarterly report of the county treasurer, and also to
provide for the publication by said County Commissioners
of an annual report showing the financial condition of said
county.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That an additional section to follow section 38A, and to
