CHAPTER 610.
AN ACT to refund to William Arthur, Register of Wills of
Carroll County, the sum of money erroneously paid by him to
the Comptroller of the State of Maryland.
WHEREAS, William Arthur, Register of Wills for Carroll
County, did erroneously pay to the Comptroller of the State
of Maryland, as the register's report to the Comptroller will
show.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the Comptroller of the Treasury be and he is hereby
authorized and directed to draw his warrant upon the State
Treasury in favor of William Arthur, Register of Wills for
Carroll County, for the sum of one hundred and ninety-nine
dollars and eighty-two cents ($199.82), being the amount erro-
neously paid by him as register of wills to the Comptroller of
the said State of Maryland during the year 1910.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 611.
AN ACT to add one new section to Article 15 of the Code of
Public Local Laws, title "Kent County," sub-title "Wild
Fowl," to follow section 217 and to be designated as section
217A.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That one new section be and the same is hereby added to
Article 15 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Kent
County," sub-title "Wild Fowl" to follow section 217, to be
designated as section 217A and to read as follows:
217A. The time for shooting wild fowl over the waters of
Chester River and its tributaries, in the jurisdiction of Kent
county, is hereby extended to the twenty-fifth day of April in
each year.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.
