in width; not to exceed, however, in all, $6.00. On all lots
improved by private dwellings not more than two stories in
height having more than one flush closet fixture, an additional
charge of $2.00 for each additional flush closet fixture.
2. On all lots improved by private dwellings more than two
stories, and not more than three stories, in height, and not
more than fourteen feet in width, and having only one flush
closet fixture, $6.00; if more than fourteen feet in width, an
additional charge of seventy-five cents for each foot or major
fraction thereof in addition to fourteen feet; not to exceed, in
all, $10.00 ; on all lots improved by private dwellings more than
two stories and not more than three stories high, having more
than one flush closet fixture, an additional charge of $2.00 for
each additional flush closet fixture.
3. On all lots improved by private dwellings more than three
stories in height, and not more than sixteen feet in width, and
having only one flush closet fixture, $10.00; if more than six-
teen feet in width, an additional charge of $1.00 for each foot
in excess of sixteen feet; not to exceed, in all, $15.00; on all
lots improved by private dwellings more than three stories
in height and having more than one flush closet fixture, an
additional 'charge of $2.00 for each additional flush closet
fixture.
4. On all lots improved by churches having only one flush
closet fixture, a charge of four dollars ($4.00) per year; if
having more than one flush closet fixture, an additional charge
of two dollars ($2.00) per year for each additional flush closet
fixture.
5. On all lots improved by structures or buildings of any
character whatsoever, other than private dwelling houses and
churches hereinabove provided for, a charge of eight dollars
($8.00) per year, if having only one flush closet fixture; if
having more than one flush closet fixture, an additional charge
of $4.00 per year for each additional flush closet fixture.
6. On all vacant or unimproved lots, situate in immediate
proximity to the new sewerage system of Baltimore, so that
the said lots are in a position to have the benefit of the connec-
tion with such sewerage system at any time that the owner
thereof may desire, twenty-five cents per front foot; and this
provision shall apply to side yards or other improved portions
of lots upon a portion of which structures have been erected,
as well as to lots which are entirely vacant or unimproved.
SEC. 2. Be it further enacted, That said sewer rents hereby
imposed, shall be liens upon the properties upon which they
