Kenan property; thence north with said dividing line between
Mount Rainier and Brentwood; thence west on said line to
the eastern right-of-way of Cedar lane; thence north along said
right-of-way to Cedar lane to the center of Dewey street; thence
west with the center of Dewey street to the eastern right-of-way
of Thirty-fourth street; thence north along said right-of-way of
Thirty-fourth street to Grape street, at the place of beginning;
aforementioned territory shall be divided into four wards as
follows:
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 458.
AN ACT to repeal Chapter 508 of the Acts of 1910, and to
enact in lieu thereof four new sections to Article 10 of the
Code of Public Local Laws, title "Dorchester County," under
the sub-title "Fish," requiring persons engaged in the .busi-
ness of catching crabs by means of trot line and net in the
waters of Lake's, or No. 5; Hooper's Island, or No. 6, and
Straits, or No. 10 Election Districts of Dorchester county, to
take out license therefor, and providing for the applying of
the receipts therefrom to the Public Road Fund, to be used
in improving the public county roads of said election dis-
tricts Nos. 5, 6 and 10.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Chapter 508 of the Acts of 1910, be and the same is
hereby repealed, and that in lieu thereof four new sections be
and the same are hereby added to Article 10 of the Code of
Public Local Laws, title "Dorchester County," under the sub-
title "Fish," said new sections so added to said article to follow
immediately after section 185 E and to be numbered respec-
tively 185F, 185G, 185H and 185I, and to read as follows:
185F. Any person desiring to catch crabs with trot line and
net in any of the waters of Lakes, or No. 5; Hooper's Island,
or No. 6, or Straits, or No. 10, Election Districts of Dorchester
county, shall first obtain, by application to the Clerk of the
Circuit Court for said county a separate license for each per-
son to be so employed in said business, and such license shall
