have effect for the year in which it is issued; provided, how-
ever, that boys under ten years of age shall not be required to
take out license under this act.

185G. Each and every license issued in accordance with the
provisions of section 185F of this article shall state the name,
color and residence of the person to whom the license is issued,
and the number thereof, and every applicant for such license
issued and the number thereof, and every applicant for such
license pay to the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Dorchester
County before the issuing and delivery of the same the sum of
one dollar ($1.00), the said clerk to receive twenty-five cents
for each and every such, license so issued as a fee for administer-
ing the oath prescribed in the next succeeding section of this
article and for issuing such license, and the remaining seventy-
five cents received from each such license so issued shall be paid
by the said clerk to the Board of County Commissioners of
Dorchester County or to the Treasurer of Dorchester County,
to be applied by them or him to a separate fund to be used by
the said County Commissioners in improving the public county
roads lying entirely within Lakes, or No. 5; Hooper's Island,
or No. 6, and Straits, or No. 10 Election Districts aforesaid,
or, in the discretion of the said County Commissioners, to be
used by them in replenishing the depleted oyster bottoms lying
entirely within said election districts Nos. 5, 6 and 10, and the
said County Commissioners are hereby authorized to appoint
some suitable person to perform the duties prescribed by this
act, the same to be done and performed, however, under the
supervision and direction of the said County Commissioners.

185n. Every applicant for a license as aforesaid under this
act shall be required to make oath or affirmation before the
Clerk of the Circuit Court for Dorchester County, or before
some justice of the- peace in and for said county (on whose
certificate of the taking of such oath or affirmation the clerk
shall issue said license), that the facts set forth therein are
true and bona fide as therein set forth, and that he has been a
bona fide resident of Dorchester county for the twelve months
next immediately preceding his application for said license.

185 I. Any person violating any of the provisions of sec-
tions 185F, 185G or 185H by catching crabs with trot line and
net from any of the waters of Lakes, or No. 5; Hooper's Island,
or No. 6, or Straits, or No. 10 Election Districts of Dorchester
county without first having obtained a license therefor as
required by the preceding sections of this article, shall be
