CHAPTER 436.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments sections 233
and 235 of Article 2 of the Code of Public Local Laws,
title "Anne Arundel County," sub-title "Treasurer," as the
same were repealed and re-enacted by Chapter 362 of the
Acts of 1896.

CHAPTER 43T.

AN ACT to provide for the codification of all laws enacted by
the General Assembly of Maryland relating to and affecting
agriculture and its branches, and appropriating a sum of
money to pay for the same.

CHAPTER 438.

AN ACT to repeal sections 53, 54, 55, 55A., 56 and 57 of Article
16 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title
"Montgomery County," sub-title "Birds and Game," as said
section 53 was amended by the Acts of the General Assembly
of 1906, Chapter 756, and as said sections 54, 56. and 57
were enacted by the Acts of the General Assembly of 1888,
Chapter 161; and as said sections 55 and 55A were amended
and enacted respectively by the General Assembly of 1902,
Chapters 288 and 17, respectively, and to re-enact said sec-
tions with amendments, and to add a new section thereto, to
follow immediately after section 57 and to be known as sec-
tion 57A.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That sections 53, 54, 55, 55A, 56 and 57 of Article 16 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Montgom-
ery County," sub-title "Birds and Game," as said section 53
was amended by the Acts of the General Assembly of 1906,
Chapter 756; and as said sections 54, 56 and 57 were enacted
by the Acts of the General Assembly of 1888, Chapter 161; and
