School Commissioners on behalf of the State of Maryland of
such deed for the property so transferred to said School Com-
missioners as may be requisite for that purpose; it being the
intent of this act, however, that no obligation or requirement
of any sort or description is hereby imposed upon said Associa-
tion of the Maryland Line to transfer or surrender any portion
whatsoever of the said property, but that the sole purpose of
this act is to empower said association to make said transfer
whenever it shall deem proper so to- do.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 360.
AN ACT to amend Article 3 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland, title "Baltimore County," as codified and re-en-
acted by Chapter 495 of the Acts of the General Assembly of
Maryland, passed at the Session of 1908, by adding a section
thereto under the sub-title "County Commissioners," to fol-
low section 67 and to be designated as section 67A of said arti-
cle; the same providing for the payment by the County Com-
missioners of Baltimore County out of county funds, for
stationery and office supplies ordered by the County Treas-
urer and Road Engineer of said county.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Article 3 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land, title "Baltimore County," as codified and re-enacted by
Chapter 495 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland,
passed at the Session of 1908, be amended by adding a section
thereto under the sub-title "County Commissioners," to follow
section 67, and to be designated as section 67A, the same to read
as follows:
67A. All stationery and office supplies in general used by
the County Treasurer and Roads Engineer of Baltimore county
shall be ordered by them from time to time as required, and
the bills therefor paid by the County Commissioners out of the
county funds when properly approved by the official incurring
the same.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That all acts and parts of
acts, law and parts of laws and regulations or orders of the
