SEC. 2. Be it further enacted, Tbat every license so issued
shall be signed by the licensee in ink and shall entitle the
person to whom it is issued to hunt, pursue and kill birds and
animals within Dorchester county, at any time when it shall
be lawful to hunt, pursue or kill such birds or animals, and
no person to whom a license has been issued shall be entitled
to hunt, pursue or kill the birds or animals referred to in
section 1 of this act, without at the time of such hunting, pur-
suing and killing having such license in his or her possession,
and to exhibit the same for inspection to anyone demanding
an inspection.
SEC. 3. Be it further enacted, That the owners of farm
lands, their children or tenants, shall without procuring such
license have the right to hunt, pursue and kill said enumerated
birds and animals on the said farm lands of which he or
they are the bona fide owners or tenants during the season when
it is lawful to kill such birds or animals.
SEC. 4. Be it further enacted, That the clerk of the Circuit
Court for Dorchester County shall semi-annually on the first
day of January and July of each and every year transmit to
the treasurer of said Dorchester county all the moneys received
by him for licenses after deducting the fees herein authorized;
the said amount so received by the treasurer shall be placed
to the credit of a fund to be known as the "County Game Pro-
tection Fund," and shall be disbursed by the county treasurer
on warrants signed by the County Game Warden, approved by
the County Commissioners and filed with the treasurer, who
shall draw his warrant therefor.
SEC. 5. Be it further enacted, That the amount in the
County Game Protection Fund shall be annually expended by
the County Game Warden, with the approval of the County
Commissioners for the protection and propagation of such game
birds and animals as are herein enumerated.
SEC. 6. And be it further enacted, That the salary of the
County Game Warden shall be paid out of the money of the
County Game Protection Fund, and likewise the other expenses
of his office, but that no part of said fund shall be used, at
any time, for any purpose other than for the protection and
propagation of game.
SEC. 7. Be it further enacted, That any person found guilty
of hunting, pursuing or killing any birds or animals referred
to in this act, without having a license in his or her possession,
except as herein provided or of refusing to show said license
when demanded by anyone, or violating any of the other provi-
