sions of this act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and
upon conviction thereof before any justice of the peace of the
said county shall be fined any sum not less than five dollars, nor
more than twenty-five dollars for each and every offense, and
shall stand committed to the county jail until such fine and
costs are paid, but such imprisonment shall not exceed twenty-
five days for each offense. Any deputy game warden, constable
or other person who shall procure the conviction of any persons
for violating the provisions of this act shall receive half of the
fine recovered, the remaining half shall be paid over to the
county treasurer to the account of the County Game Protec-
tion Fund, and to be used as hereinbefore provided.

SEC. 8. Be it further enacted, That the County Game War-
den and any deputy or deputies, or any officers, shall be exempt
from any liability because of the enforcement of this act, or
any arrest that they may make in the performance of their
duties.

SEC. 9. And be it further enacted, That nothing in this act
shall be construed as to in any way repeal any existing law
prohibiting trespassing.

SEC. 10. And be it further enacted, That the County Com-
missioners of Dorchester County, shall, on or before the first
day of June, A. D. 1912, and every two years thereafter,
appoint a game warden for Dorchester county, to be called
the County Game Warden of Dorchester County, who shall hold
office for two years, or until his successor shall have been
appointed and qualified whichever shall first occur. The per-
son so appointed Game Warden of Dorchester County, shall
have been a resident and voted in said county for not less than
two years next preceding his appointment. And such person
so appointed must be first recommended by the Dorchester
County Game and Fish Protective Association. That the said
Game Warden of Dorchester County, shall receive a salary of
six hundred dollars ($600), payable quarterly accounting from
the first day of June, in the year of his appointment, and the
reasonable expense of his office not to exceed $200 in any one
year, all of which is to be paid out of the County Game Pro-
tection Fund, providing the receipts of said fund equal that
amount, and if necessary he may appoint deputies, and all
money over and above said amounts shall be used in procuring
and propagating game in Dorchester county. The said County
Game Warden may be removed at any time by the County
Commissioners of Dorchester County, after it shall have been
affirmatively made to appear upon written charges that the said
Game Warden has neglected or improperly discharged the
